About Noise Permit

Leroy Kirk is the founder of Noise Permit and has years of experience licensing for film and tv and has become knowledgable by working as an Archival Producer and Clearance Manager for production companies. While working, he saw the opportunity to make the production run more smoothly by alleviating the tediousness of licensing and completing deliverables from the production company so they could focus on what they love most, which is story. 

Our mission is to work in close collaboration with productions to secure the rights for them to make noise.
